Lynn Babcock, MD, MS, FAAP, is a board certified Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience caring for acutely ill and injured children. She is an associate professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Pediatrics at the Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, University of Cincinnati. She has an extensive academic portfolio that includes numerous clinical, teaching, administrative, and research pursuits. She has vast experience leading numerous clinical emergency medicine research studies including multi-center studies through the Pediatric Emergency Care Applied Research Collaborative. Her true scholarly passion is to decrease morbidity associated with traumatic brain injury (TBI) in children, especially in those with mild TBI, by developing empirically-based approaches to injury identification and treatment through translational research.
