Physicians
This activity has been approved for a maximum of 32.75 hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

Nurses
This activity provides a maximum of 32.75 contact hours of nurse CE credit.

Social Workers
This activity is approved by The National Association of Social Workers for 32.75 Social Work continuing education contact hours. Approval #886551225-5730. Approval Date: 2/27/17. Expiration Date: 2/28/18.

Psychologists
This activity is approved for up to 32.75 hours of continuing education.

Speech-Language Professionals
This activity is approved for up to 3.25 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level, Professional area).

Other Professionals
All other health care professionals completing this continuing education activity will be issued a Certificate of Participation indicating the number of hours of continuing education credit. This

1. Go to the following URL: http://ibia.cds.pesgce.com.
2. Select the activity: 12th World Congress on Brain Injury.
3. Enter an e-mail address and password to begin setting up your profile. Select “I Forgot My Password” if you need to reset the password you set up.
4. Verify, correct, or add your information.
5. Proceed and complete the activity evaluation for each session you attend.
6. Upon completing your evaluations, you can print your CE Certificate. Your CE record will also be stored here for later retrieval.
7. The website is open for completing your evaluation for 45 days after the event.
8. After the website has closed, you can come back to the site at any time to print your certificate, but you will not be able to add any evaluations.

PLEASE NOTE:

The window for completing your evaluation and submitting for CE credit closes on May 12, 2017. Due to costs incurred by IBIA for late submissions, any received after that date will be subject to an administrative fee of $125. All completed attendance records are stored for 7 years and will be accessible to you for replacement certificates.
