IBIA has learned of a fraudulent company that is contacting IBIA exhibitors and attendees and soliciting them to book hotel rooms for the 12th World Congress on Brain Injury at the Sheraton New Orleans.
A third-party housing company, Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS), is contacting exhibitors and representing themselves as the agent in charge of the sleeping room block for the 12th World Congress on Brain Injury at the Sheraton New Orleans, offering room rates lower than those quoted on the IBIA 2017 website. This is a fraudulent claim; EHS is not affiliated with IBIA or the Sheraton New Orleans. The Sheraton is not holding blocks for this third party vendor or for any other entity on behalf of IBIA, and the Sheraton will not contact you to encourage you to make reservations.
Do not send any personal information, including credit card information to EHS or to any other unknown vendor. If you receive an e-mail from EHS, please forward to it to mrodgers@internationalbrain.org
