All Poster Sessions will take place in the Napoleon Ballroom on the 3rd Floor.
Please be aware that you must register by February 6, 2024 to be able to present. To register, please click here.

It is critical that our poster presenters abide by these measurements to ensure successful poster set up and productive poster sessions. Your poster does not need to necessarily have to meet the dimensions, but it CANNOT EXCEED THESE DIMENSIONS.
