Visa Letters
IBIA is happy to provide official visa letters for registered delegates
Upon registering for the congress, you will be asked if you need a Visa Letter from the following options:
- Yes, and I am an abstract submitter/ presenter
- Yes, and I am NOT an abstract submitter/ presenter
Please be sure to select the choice that best identifies your situation, so that we may provide you with the correct visa letter.
NOTE: You will not receive the Visa Letter until you have selected your choice and completed registration, or called the IBIA administrative office at 703-960-6500.
